He specialises in cross-border taxation issues, regulatory and tax compliances and double tax treaty planning. His experience includes advising clients in the Financial Services industry and he has worked on several tax advisory and compliance assignments. 

He has structured financial and insurance products for various insurance companies, foreign entities and foreign funds.  

He has advised companies on tax and regulatory implications of finance transactions/ developed new products for insurance companies/ financial services/ foreign funds, etc. 

He is also part of prominent national and international professional forums and a regular contributor to technical publications/journals.  

He regularly engages in various road shows on BFSI initiatives.
