Sumit is a Partner & Sales Leader leading the Sales team for International Business practice. He has over 21 years of experience across industries with a focus on advising and setting up shared services centres, both nearshore and offshore. 

His core areas of expertise include Program Management, Logistics, Order management, Contracts management, Vendor development and Client management. 

He led a Consulting team in one of the Top ITES companies, where he was the lead for a proactive consulting study for companies across the globe and helped set up captive as well as offshore large multi-country processes at centralised locations in low-cost countries. 

He has a patent on his name for a method and system for enabling dynamic capacity planning.
