Saloni Kothari

Saloni is the Group General Counsel and a Partner with our Deal Advisory practice with a special focus on Business Restructuring Services. She has over 10 years of experience in practicing Insolvency Code assignments, since the inception of the Code in India.

Prior to joining BDO, she worked at a full-service law firm based in Mumbai. She specialises in Dispute Resolution, Risk Advisory, Insolvency Laws, Litigation and Contracts. Saloni also has experience in Project Finance, Loan Documentation and Real Estate.
