Mannu Khandelwal

Mannu is a Partner and Leader with the Corporate Secretarial Services and Compliance Management practice at BDO India and also serves as a Director of BDO India Corporate Services Private Limited. Based out of Delhi, she has 20 years of professional experience across corporate secretarial, compliance, governance, and regulatory matters, including 10 years in the Outsourced Business Services domain with a large corporate organisation.

Her experience spans multinational structured environments as well as promoter-driven entrepreneurial businesses. She has worked on matters relating to the Companies Act, FEMA, POSH, CSR, customer service, strategy, pricing, and revenue management.

Over the course of her career, Mannu has led India-entry projects involving various entity structures and has worked on secretarial due diligence assignments, compliance health checks, business regularisation matters, regulatory approvals, liquidations, strike-offs, and business exit processes. She has also been involved in matters relating to joint-venture disputes and their resolution.

Mannu serves as a Nominee Director and Authorised Signatory for various client companies and has experience in managing board and shareholder matters, corporate governance requirements, and statutory compliances. She works with regulatory authorities, including the RBI, Regional Director (RD), NCLT, and MEA, on approvals, permissions, and compliance-related matters.
