Bhavesh is Chief Digital Officer for BDO India’s Technology Products & Solutions practice. With over 35 years of experience in the information technology industry, Bhavesh has led global, high-performing technology and engineering teams. 

He has been responsible for the development and implementation of enterprise-class products and platforms. He has led a team to provide software product engineering services, application development management services, and digital transformation services across high-tech, BFSI, professional services, and manufacturing verticals. 

Bhavesh has experience in building and managing large offshore development centres for various organisations, including a global investment bank, a financial services corporation, a global financial exchange offering mortgage solutions, an independent software vendor offering a health exchange platform, a global leader in forex trade settlement, a global storage solutions provider, and a large accounting firm. 

He has led strategic organisation programmes like ERP implementation for a global manufacturing organisation, CMMi Level 5 assessment, Great Place to Work, advanced technology groups, modern technology practice lines in cloud, data and analytics, mobile, AI/ML, etc. 

Bhavesh’s experience includes managing a 100+ member talent acquisition and talent management team. He is also a US patent holder in “Systems and Methods for Automated Software Engineering.”.
