Overview

BDO India is registered with PCAOB (US Public Company Accountancy Oversight Board) and has significant experience in US SEC reporting under US GAAP and IFRS frameworks. Our Audit Partners have long-term experience in US SEC reporting of a few big multinational companies.

India audit engagement team will be supported by the centralised US audit team in India for any technical consultations. A quality review partner will be involved throughout the audit along with an Audit Engagement Partner.

We will work seamlessly to ensure that work for US filing is adequately leveraged from the reviews and audits conducted for the Indian regulations. Partners have sufficient international experience of working on similar global engagements involving both local and overseas reporting, having worked on large cross-border engagements, including public-listed clients, involving IFRS/ US GAAP reporting both as Group and Component auditor across a number of countries.
