He has successfully led complex, enterprise-wide transformations that have reshaped business models and unlocked long-term value. Having worked in New York, São Paulo, and now Mumbai, Vishal’s experience spans markets across the Americas, the Middle East, and the Asia Pacific.

This multicultural exposure has strengthened his ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and operate effectively in diverse business environments. His work includes navigating dynamic markets and leading operational turnarounds with clarity, resilience, and an emphasis on impact. His leadership approach places equal importance on results and on enabling teams to achieve more together.

Vishal regularly participates as a speaker at industry forums and has appeared as a panelist on CNBC and ET Now. He is also an active member of CII’s Tax Committee and the ET India Leadership Council. At BDO in India, he is responsible for driving the firm’s vision of advancing digital transformation across the BDO network. He works with member firms to incubate and scale digital practices, supporting them in shaping the future of business for their clients.
