His background includes managing large-scale HR operations, overseeing MSP programs for global clients, and supporting multinational companies in setting up or expanding their operations across India.​

His functional expertise spans strategy, pricing mix, share-of-wallet management, and delivering innovative, practical solutions to complex business situations. ​

Sameer has successfully managed multiple multinational clients through strong process and people management—driving cross-functional synergies, establishing timelines and checkpoints for performance tracking, ensuring compliance adherence, and setting up reporting structures to meet client expectations.​

He has also built complete HR functions from the ground up, implementing global policies while ensuring alignment with local regulatory requirements.​
