Lt Col (Retd) T. Ravinder Reddy is a partner for business advisory and leads government advisory practice in BDO India.  With over three decades of experience spanning defence services, public sector consulting, and large-scale digital transformation, he brings technical expertise in driving national and state-level programs across smart cities, digital governance, and infrastructure modernisation.
