Executive Summary
Ravi is a Partner with the Managed Services practice and leads the Payroll & Compliance Management team. He brings over 18 years of professional experience across international and domestic payroll, HR operations, and compliance management. Based out of the Pune office, he has also led transition teams responsible for onboarding new projects.
His functional expertise includes payroll management, compliance operations, HR process implementation, business development, planning and monitoring SLAs, and training and development. He has formulated and implemented HR policies related to compensation, leave and attendance, and expense reimbursements.
He currently leads the PAN India team for payroll, HR, and compliance services, and also oversees labour code implementation projects across India.
