Lav is the managing partner for the firm’s business advisory practice. He has 37 years of professional experience in business consulting, cross-functional corporate management and in setting up, scaling and re-energising organisations. Lav has been a partner at a few large advisory firms and was country operations head at a US multinational.
He advises promoters and CXOs on governance & risk, organisation & management development, and business performance improvement. He guides lenders and private equity investors in monitoring and scaling investee companies.
