Karthik Mani

Karthik is a Partner with the Tax & Regulatory practice of BDO India and leads the Indirect Tax services for the South region. With over 17 years of experience, he specialises in Indirect Tax structuring, advisory, litigation, and SEZ-related matters.

Prior to joining BDO in India, Karthik worked with a large consulting firm in a similar role. He has assisted large organisations in the manufacturing, IT & ITES, e-commerce, retail, banking, and insurance sectors. His expertise includes managing end-to-end indirect tax engagements, such as indirect tax supply chain advisory, litigation support, refund claim support, tax representations, and GST compliance outsourcing. Karthik has also advised and assisted clients in setting up SEZ and EOU operations in India.
