Executive Summary
Jeetu is a Partner with the Deal Advisory practice and leads the Financial Due Diligence for the North region. He operates out of the New Delhi office and has extensive experience in the provision of transaction support and business advisory services, with a focus on Due Diligence reviews covering buy-side and vendor-initiated engagements. Prior to joining BDO in India, he has worked with a leading advisory firm as part of leadership team of Due Diligence & Consulting Practice.
He has led and managed more than 200 Due Diligence reviews, Financial Reviews and Consulting Assignments across industries with focus on Real Estate and Retail & Aviation, wherein deal values were ranging from USD 2mn to USD 1bn . He has advised both strategic investors and private equity funds both domestic and globally across geographies covering countries like Singapore, USA and UK .
He is representing Federation of Indian Airlines (FIA) since 2013 in AERA, TDSAT & MOCA where he has critically analysed tariff determination consultation papers & orders; Fair rate of return (FRoR); NABH Nirmal Scheme and other tariff related matters
