Arjun Mehta

Arjun is a partner for business advisory and leads the risk advisory practice for BDO India, where he is responsible for setting the strategy and overseeing the operations of the firm’s risk advisory services.

Arjun qualified as a chartered accountant in the UK, where he worked extensively supporting projects for multinational clients in the UK as well as Europe. In 2007 he moved to India, where he has been engaging with both large listed and multinational clients as well as small and medium entrepreneur-driven entities. 

Arjun has 25+ years of experience in advising clients on business process improvement, standard operating procedures, internal audit, controls assurance (SOX/IFC/ICFR), and enterprise risk management. Arjun has led several large advisory projects at FTSE 100 and Global 1000 companies in India as well as in Europe. In addition, he has led projects for several domestic and multinational organisations across a range of solutions from process improvement, cost rationalisation, and monitoring of improvement agendas across their business value chain at strategic, operational, and support functions.
