BDO India Services Private Limited is acting as the Transaction Advisor to Bank of India (“BOI”) in connection with the proposed induction of a Strategic Partner in Bank of India Investment Managers Private Limited (“BOIIMPL”), a wholly owned subsidiary of BOI.

BOI has invited Expressions of Interest (“EoI”) from eligible qualified institutional buyers for this proposed transaction. Interested parties may refer to the Public Notice, Process Letter, and prescribed EoI format available on Bank of India’s website:  https://bankofindia.bank.in/tender .

Interested Bidders are requested to submit their EoI on or before July 31, 2026, at 05:00 PM IST, in accordance with the eligibility criteria and process set out in the Process Letter.
