  • High Court Kerala - Adjustment of GST paid under a wrong head by mistake against the correct tax head for any outstanding demand;
  • AAR, Karnataka - Indian Institute of Management (IIMs) long duration post-graduate diploma/ degree granting is not exempt under the generic entry;
  • AAR, Odisha - Implementation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Project by corporate entity is a ‘composite supply’ and thus ineligible for exemption;
