This edition of the weekly digest highlights:
- High Court Kerala - Adjustment of GST paid under a wrong head by mistake against the correct tax head for any outstanding demand;
- AAR, Karnataka - Indian Institute of Management (IIMs) long duration post-graduate diploma/ degree granting is not exempt under the generic entry;
