Qualification 

MBA for Tier 1 College 

 

Core Deal value creation Role & Responsibilities:  
  • Responsible for supporting the partner for building the practice for BDO in India
  • Execution target of ₹1-1.5Crore 
  • Be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of strategy and commercial Due diligence assignments
  • Lead the discussion on assignment with the client team
  • Financial modelling and Business plan creation support
  • Leading the primary (warm and cold leads) and secondary analysis for sizing the market / industry and competitor analysis
  • Ability to showcase sector know-how and purpose creative alternatives to clients.
  • Global industry landscaping, bench marking of key players
  • Business development / proposal support for companies, PE etc. for Strategy & commercial due diligence needs
  • Creating Points of view for various industries / sub-sectors with industries
  • Pitching to create new client relationship
  • Build Relationship with companies, Industry experts to capture market intelligence of the sector and evaluate investment opportunities
  • Mentor and support development of junior staff and develop enthusiasm and commitment from teams
  • Ensure and manage effective communications to all stakeholders.
Technical skills: 
  • Have experience of at least 5-6 assignments in Strategy and commercial due diligence assignments
  • Have led strategy and commercial due diligence assignments and demon strated ability to work in a high-pressure work environment 
  • Good knowledge about commercial and financial modelling 
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
