We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our Financial Services practice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, data mining, and client outreach. Strong communication and Excel skills are essential, as this role plays a key part in identifying and nurturing potential clients across the financial services ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Identify and generate leads via data mining, LinkedIn, industry platforms, and online tools
  • Maintain and update lead databases with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Support the Director and senior team members with pre-sales research and meeting coordination
  • Conduct outbound email and call campaigns to schedule discovery meetings
  • Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups using Excel and CRM tools
  • Track market activity and competition to identify business development opportunities
  • Assist in creating sales dashboards, client outreach trackers, and MIS reporting
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in inside sales or business development
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel (data handling) and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple lead funnels
Preferred:
  • Exposure to the financial services or consulting domain
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Lusha, Apollo, or similar tools
