  • Physical parcel handling, tracking and management
  • Service request management
  • Recipient registration
  • Service request offline to online conversion
  • Device troubleshooting
  • Service order booking
  • Returns management
  • Service charges tracking
  • Tracking service failures, performing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective actions
  • Good communications skills (oral & written)
  • Customer facing role with strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Having prior experience of working on ERP/CRM systems.
