Roles & Responsibilities

  • Attending all Inbound & Outbound call and case management ie Clinics, Doctors, Professionals, internal team, Recipients (Patients).
  • Tracking Complaint and its resolution
  • Order to Cash process Management
  1. Order entry
  2. Order entry validation and booking
  3. Order-related coordination activities with Finance and Logistics team
  • Coordination with various stakeholders ie Finance, Logistics, Shared services
  • Tracking service failures, performing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective actions
  • Communication script monitoring management- email and calls
  • Having prior experience of working on ERP/CRM systems.
