Role & responsibilities

  • Client Advisory and Consulting on various Labour Laws, New Labour code and its Compliance also conducting webinar for the same.
  • HR Policies, Appointment letters & Service Manuals– Due Diligence, Drafting and Review.
  • Internal Query Management for operations on labour law compliance.
  • Industrial Relation & Employee Relation - Advisory and Consultation on Retrenchment, Lay-off, Closures, Disputes, Suspensions, Domestic Enquiries, Drafting Show Cause Notices & Charge sheets, Terminations and Employee Complaints, EHS (Environment Health & Safety) etc.
  • Litigation Management- EPF 7A proceedings, ESI 45A Proceedings, CGIT Appeal, Conciliation Proceedings before Labour Authorities, Response to Legal Notices, Prosecution Closures at Magistrate Court etc.
  • Inspection & Notice Management- Handling Labour Inspections & Drafting responses to notices/show cause notices/prosecution notices issued under various labour laws by authorities and ensure inspection closures.
  • Alert Management- Conceptualized and implemented best in the Industry Labour Law Updates System with latest Amendments, Notifications, Rules and Regulations issued under various labour laws / New Labour code
  • Minimum Wages – Developed and maintained pan India Minimum Wages for various Schedule Employments under Minimum Wages Act and tracking periodic revision in Minimum Wages.
  • POSH – Training, Awareness Sessions, Constitution of IC, Filing of Annual Reports and drafting/review of POSH policies.
  • Labour Law Trainings & Webinars – Conducted trainings & webinars for internal teams & clients on various topics relating to labour laws including the new Labour Codes.
  • Trade Licence – Rendering Opinion on requirement of Trade License for various kinds of businesses & trades under the municipal laws of different States. 2
  • Reviewing Vendor Contracts – Within the scope of labour Laws and suggesting changes & additions to safeguard client’s interests.
  • Drafting & Certification of Standing Orders – Drafting, Reviewing & Certification of Standing Orders under the IESO Act, 1946 before Deputy labour Commissioner.
  • BOCW Cess – Calculation, assessment, and closure of BOCW Cess payment notices
