Roles & Responsibilities

  • Verify accuracy, completeness and consistency of accounting information received.

  • Have worked in Oracle accounting system
  • Managed a team size of 7-10 members (Qualified, semi qualified staff)
  • Supervise, review, and manage day to day accounting activities of AP, AR and overall GL
  • Liaise with customers, bankers, client, and overseas counterparts
  • Review balance sheet reconciliations
  • Operating knowledge of Taxation and review the tax compliances and workings
  • Review Monthly MIS
  • Preparation and review of Cashflow forecast
  • Preparation and review of financial statements
  • Audit coordination and support

 

Skills Required

  • Computer proficiency including good knowledge of Oracle accounting software, including excel
  • Good communications skills (oral & written)
  • Experience in managing and reviewing day to day accounting
  • Knowledge of accounting standards
  • Knowledge of direct and indirect tax compliance
  • Knowledge of overseas banking transactions
  • Self-motivated having organisational and planning skills
