FP&A Manager Responsibilities:
- Budget Compilation & Presentation
- Budget Vs Actuals on monthly basis
- Preparation of financial projections including cash flows
- Preparation of financials models in excel including impairment working
- Preparation of advance tax calculations
- Preparation of numerous MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly) with accuracy of data including preparation of financial presentations in PPT
- Understanding the requirement of Internal & statutory auditors and provide required data.
- Lender Compliances with Financial Covenants – Timeline Monthly . Qtrly, & Annually.
- Invite Reporting as and when applicable.
- Dashboard monitoring
- Review & prepare reports on compliances
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams
Required Skills
- General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
- Experience in developing financial reports and metrics
- Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities
