Roles & Responsibilities

  • Communicate with Internal Stakeholders to get a clear view of their hiring needs
  • Determining selection criteria
  • 'Adhere to TAT’s and fulfil the requisition as per timelines
  • Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
  • Manages the recruiting team for the assigned region.
  • Follow-up references and check status of candidate pipeline
  • Present detailed candidate profile summaries and maintain trackers
  • Liaise with vendors as per required roles
  • Research and develop recruiting leads
  • Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
  • Works closely with recruiting managers in other regions to share best practices, provide assistance on critical needs and coordinate on national-level initiatives.
