  • High Court of Delhi – High Court allowed the taxpayer to revise FORM GST TRAN-1 on or before 30 June 2020;
  • Supreme Court of India - Supreme Court stayed the Delhi High Court ruling of Brand Equity Treaties Limited case, which allowed transition of ITC within 3 years from the appointed date;
  • AAR, Telangana - Supply of ice-cream in different forms to different customers are taxable based on the nature of each transaction;
  • CESTAT, Bangalore - Taxability in respect of goods imported or procured duty-free sold to another EOU, clearance of goods by EOU to DTA unit, whether labelling and repacking of the impugned goods amounted to manufacture.
