• AAR, Gujarat - Availment of Input Tax Credit (ITC) basis Debit Note (DN) issued beyond time limit prescribed in Section 16(4) of CGST Act, 2017 is illegal, even after delinking of DN from invoice through amendment vide notification no:92/2020-Central Tax dated 22 December 2020;
• AAR, Gujarat - Interest on delayed payment of consideration is liable to GST;
• High Court of Gauhati - A change of law subsequently would not make an action taken earlier by a quasi-judicial authority in terms of law as it stood then invalid.
