This edition of the weekly digest highlights:
- AAR-Telangana - Benefit of exemption only available when all stipulated conditions are satisfied;
- AAAR-Gujarat - DC cables used in the manufacture of renewable energy devices such as solar power generating system liable to be taxed at 12% GST w.e.f. 01 October 2021;
- AAAR-Delhi - Supply of food and/or drinks in trains or at platforms (static units), will be taxable at 5% without ITC and the supply of newspapers are exempted.
