Roles and Responsibilities
- Ability to analyze manual processes to identify automation opportunities and build automation business case
- Must be able to assess and clearly articulate the automation complexities and estimate associated effort for automation
- Extensive experience in implementing multiple RPA solutions (UI Path, Blue Prism, AutomationEdge etc.)
- At least 5 years of experience in programming (Java, C++ or .NET); good understanding of data architecture (SQL, NoSQL)
- Good understanding of AI/ML solutions available with RPA
- Experience in one or more industries (Manufacturing, Retail, Banking)
- Should have good understanding of SDLC and different delivery models (Agile, Iterative etc.)
- Experience with India market clients is a plus
- Excellent communication
- Post pandemic, must be willing to travel on short/long term basis
