Roles & Responsibilities
- Must have worked in program management office for a Digital Transformation program
- Ability to develop plans and actively provide planning support for all programs/ projects
- Ability to establish planning standards for the program/ project working with senior program manager
- Must have experience in controlling and monitoring client engagements; generate program status reports & monitor KPIs
- Ability to manage plan-related risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies
- Must have good understanding of program budgeting process and monitoring the spend
- Communication - Excellent communication and soft skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office application suite
- Prior experience in Manufacturing/Retail/Banking/IT Consulting a plus
