Roles & Responsibilities

  • Must have worked in program management office for a Digital Transformation program
  • Ability to develop plans and actively provide planning support for all programs/ projects
  • Ability to establish planning standards for the program/ project working with senior program manager
  • Must have experience in controlling and monitoring client engagements; generate program status reports & monitor KPIs
  • Ability to manage plan-related risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies
  • Must have good understanding of program budgeting process and monitoring the spend
  • Communication - Excellent communication and soft skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office application suite
  • Prior experience in Manufacturing/Retail/Banking/IT Consulting a plus
