Minimum: Finance Graduate with CA/ CA Inter/ ICWA. MBA (Finance) with 6 or more years of General finance and I.T. experience.


B Com with CA / CA (part qualified)/MBA finance



Roles & Responsibilities

To role is essentially to provide application functional support and implementation support in SAP Applications module areas of Finance and Consolidation.

  • Strong hands on experience in SAP GL, Accounts payable, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting,

  • Ability to liaise with cross functional business and IT teams and act as an internal IT point of contact for SAP implementation projects and support issues.
  • Manage work across time zones with country finance and India support teams as needed
  • Document process flows and operating instructions for business execution team.
  • Analysis of business requirements and design and implementation of robust and scalable solutions to accommodate changing business needs.
  • Participate in and help drive design specifications.
  • Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues.
  • Work effectively in geographically and culturally diverse project and support teams.
  • Continually strive to enhance or improve business systems processes that drive efficiency through use of best practices
  • Monitor progress of SAP projects and take corrective action as required to ensure deadlines and business needs are met.
  • Work with SAP team to write business and technical specifications.
  • Execute and ensure testing is exhaustive with appropriate sign off

   Knowledge & Key Skills

  • Finance Process expertise and in-depth knowledge of business processes.
  • SAP working knowledge is required. SAP implementation experience will be an added advantage.
  • Results oriented and can demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Good Communication in English is a key requirement to interact with senior management and team across the world.
  • The candidate should be pro-active, flexible, precise, customer oriented and always working towards a robust and scalable solution.
