Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experienced in digital strategy, target operating model definition and large business transformation engagements
  • Must have created assessments to understand digital maturity of the target organizations, benchmarked capabilities against industry standards and provided recommendations on digital roadmap
  • Must have developed value proposition and business case for digital transformation of clients
  • Ability to provide delivery oversight to multiple client engagements and manage senior client stakeholders; manage engagement commercials and safeguard margins
  • Ability to interact with CXOs on a regular basis for client delivery as well as for new business development; mine existing accounts for additional business
  • Must have contributed to pre-sales, proposal development and new offer development
  • Experience in one or more industries (Manufacturing, Retail, FS); good understanding of business architecture of different industries
  • Create white papers, thought leadership around digital transformation
  • Should have good understanding of SDLC and different delivery models (Agile, Iterative etc.)
  • Experience with India market clients is a plus
  • Excellent communication, soft skills and MS Office knowledge
  • Post pandemic, must be willing to travel on short/long term basis
