Primary purpose of the role:
|
- Valuation of investee companies
|
|
Major responsibilities & deliverables:
|
- Co-ordinating for information with the investee companies
- Undertaking Industry analysis for identifying comparable companies
- Derivation of Comparable Companies /Transaction Multiple
- Determination of Valuation under various methodologies/ DCF/ CCM/CTM
- Preparation of valuation deck/dashboard for summarising valuations of the fund and calculating NAV
