Master/MPM/MBA/MSW/LLB/MLS in Labour Law or Equivalent


Role & responsibilities

  • Preparation of Statutory Registers, Filing of Returns, and Doing Remittances under various labour law
  • Preparing documentation for Obtained Registration Certificate and maintained changes on time under the provisions of Registration under Shops and Establishment Act, Factories Act, BOCW,  Provident Fund(PF), ESIC, Contract labour Act(CLRA), Professional Tax Act, MLWF and Trade License Registration also any exemption or standing orders.
  • Responsible for monitoring and ensuring Labour Law Compliance activities for various clients irrespective of their Nature of work either Retail Store, Software, IT, Hospitals, Pharmaceuticals,, Factory, E- commerce, construction companies etc.
  • Policies and guidelines applicable to organizations globally or at the site level is a prerequisite for an effective compliance and risk management
  • Issue Management, Identify and document control issues and set plans in place. Full fill backdated /history compliance logs enable intuitive compliance resulting in faster closure of incidents.
  • Give compliance guidelines to employer, contractor and employee whenever arising any queries
