Core Internal Audit Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a professional demeanour in times of high stress. Works well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently.  
  • Demonstrating creative thinking and rigorous analysis in execution and solving business problems.
  • Demonstrating industry expertise (deep understanding of the industry, emerging trends, issues/challenges, key players & leading practices)
  • Ensuring compliances to company’s or organisation’s policies and procedures.
  • Learning and performing as part of team, working with experienced seniors to perform tasks such as audit procedures of vouching, verification, process understanding, walkthrough documentation which comprises of
  • Using Data Analytics for ascertaining audit results.
  • Contributing to improve operational efficiency on projects   & internal initiatives.
  • Demonstrating strong project management skills.
  • Reviewing status updates and preparing draft report, presentations/audit committee presentations etc.
  • Travelling within and outside Mumbai as necessary to meet client needs.
